To see the world through Parker’s eyes is to fall madly in love with the beautifully flawed. One summer evening, Parker’s relentless search for truth landed her at a Texas gas station at 3 AM, where her feature documentary Cusp was unexpectedly born. In 2021, Cusp was announced as an official selection at Sundance, winning the U.S. Documentary Special Jury Award for Emerging Filmmakers, and scoring an exclusive deal with streaming giant Showtime. An NYU Film School grad, she’s helmed spirited campaigns for ESPN, Texas A&M and Ford. She was selected for the highly competitive SHOOT New Directors Showcase, and continues to dig for inspiration in the magic hours after sunset.
